Hooray, I finally got my ADSL connected this morning, and I’m already loving it. Pity it got connected JUST before I had to leave for work, but oh well, it’s all working perfectly

An email I got from Westnet last night after asking what’s going on

Hi James,
The order seems to be stalled in the wholesalers system. I have
forwarded this email to our provisioning department to follow this up
for you. They will contact you as soon as they have an answer for you.
